I’m constantly working on a few pet projects here and there. Here are some links to sites I’m currently working on.

TreyHardee.com (Turned over to his agent)
Trey Hardee is a member of the 2008 US Olympic Track and Field Team. He’s also a personal friend. Immediately after he placed second in the decathlon at the US Olympic Trials and securing a berth in Beijing we set to work getting him online. The site is very straight forward and features a rotating flash image of Trey on the home page. He also has a personal blog as well as links to photos and video of him in action. Trey receives questions to ‘Ask Trey’ via a contact form which provides a secure and convenient way for people to contact him without giving out his personal email address.
DailyWebTip.net (Offline)
This site is something I’ve wanted to write about for some time. My personal site doesn’t really offer me the chance to expand on how I use the Internet. DailyWebTip.net does. Writing on the page is intermittent and it’s mostly a way to opine about fun new things I find. It’s still in development.
LandReport.com
LandReport.com appears twice on my resume. The first time I was the online editor and primarily published stock content to a site dedicated to land. The original site went dormant for nine months after the magazine folded. The magazine was purchased by the former and now again editor to be relaunched in the summer of 2009. The editor called me and asked for input on how to proceed with relaunching the site. I told him I would handle it and led the complete development of the site. The site is built utilizing WordPress as a CMS, something I had yet to try. The site was completed over the course of four weeks working on it part-time from home at a minimal cost. I directed a designer on concept but did most of the development myself using a wealth of resources within the WordPress community.
LoneStarTriathlete.com (Offline – I moved)
LoneStarTriathlete.com is a site I developed with the goal of serving as a resource for the triathlon community in Texas. Unfortunately I moved before I could expand the site beyond the concept phase. The site is built on the Joomla! CMS and features several features including a message board, flash video players, a training log and a race calendar.
TheConservativeView.net
Site aimed at a Conservative readership. Site is published by retiree in Tupelo. Developed concept, tweaked code and layout and provided guidance to graphics designer on header and logo. The site features a basic two-column layout with category links to relevant topics.
Vestavia99.com (No longer my control)
Vestavia99.com is the blog for my high school class 10-year reunion. It is based on WordPress and features a very simple way for members of the class of 1999 to submit their info to be included on the mailing lists for the 2009 class reunion. The site uses a standard three-column layout.
MillieWaring.com
A blog for my girlfriend. She had been using a blogger account with mixed results on design. Site is a standard WordPress theme available free on the Internet. Limited customization but completed in two hours with a full import of posts from old blog. She seems to like it.
Note: The photos, videos, opinions etc on the above sites belong to the authors of those sites. I make no claim to any content produced on the sites I have linked above except those where I am the exclusive contributing writer.
